Vacation rental reservations made through CopperRock.com or through a third-party booking provider are subject to the specific terms, conditions, cancellation policies, payment requirements, and house rules applicable to the rental property.

The terms presented during the reservation process may supplement or supersede general provisions of these Terms where applicable.

Guests are responsible for reviewing and complying with all applicable rental rules and requirements before completing a reservation.

Copper Rock reserves the right to refuse, modify, or cancel a reservation when permitted by applicable law and the applicable rental agreement.

Violation of applicable rental rules may result in cancellation of a reservation, removal from a property, forfeiture of applicable amounts, or other action permitted by the applicable rental agreement and law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Copper Rock and its owners, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or related to:
